We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our age verification systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without our written consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Platform's source code
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without our express written approval
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its infrastructure

The Platform includes live video streaming, chat, and real-time communication features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your streams and messages may be viewable by other members
• We do not pre-screen live content but may monitor for compliance
• We may terminate a live stream at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• You are solely responsible for the content of your streams and messages

Recording or reposting another user's live stream without their explicit consent is prohibited.

All Platform content, features, branding, and technology — excluding User Content — are owned by theweedvlog.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us through the suggestion box on the home page with a description of the work, the infringing URL, and your contact information.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no representations about the legality of cannabis use in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, theweedvlog.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless theweedvlog.com and its operators, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
