theweedvlog.com is a community — not a marketplace. Do not use this platform to buy, sell, trade, or solicit cannabis products, paraphernalia, or any controlled substances of any kind. This includes DMs.

If you're here to sell, you're in the wrong place. Violations result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Cannabis law in the US is a patchwork. We know that. You're allowed to talk about your experience wherever you are — legal state or not. What we don't allow is content that actively facilitates illegal activity beyond personal use (e.g. trafficking, distribution, manufacturing without license).

Sharing your personal story is not a crime here. Turning this platform into an operation is.

This is a community, which means actual humans are on the other side of every post. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated at a good smoke session — with patience, humor, and basic decency.

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any member
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or national origin
• Doxxing or sharing another member's private information without consent
• Stalking, following, or persistent unwanted contact
• Sexualizing members without clear, enthusiastic consent

This is a cannabis community, not a free-for-all. Content you post, stream, or share must meet these standards:

• No graphic violence or gore
• No non-consensual sexual content of any kind
• No content that depicts, glorifies, or solicits self-harm or suicide
• No spam, chain messages, or repetitive unsolicited promotion
• No impersonation of real people or other members
• No misinformation presented as fact, especially health claims about cannabis

Adult content is permitted in designated spaces only. If it's not labeled, it's not allowed.

Only post content you own or have the right to share. Respect copyright. If someone else made it, credit them or don't post it.

If you believe your intellectual property has been posted without your permission, contact us through the suggestion box on the home page.

Live video and cam features are a core part of this platform. When you go live or share video:

• All content standards above apply in real time
• You are responsible for what appears in your stream, including your background
• Do not stream from locations where cannabis use could endanger you or others around you
• Do not record or repost other members' streams without their explicit permission
• Nudity and sexual content are permitted only in age-gated rooms where it is explicitly labeled

Violations in live sessions may result in immediate stream termination and account suspension.

If you see something wrong, say something. Use the report function on any post, profile, or stream. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action as appropriate.

Enforcement actions we may take include:

• Content removal
• Warning or notice
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Reporting to law enforcement where legally required

We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions at our discretion. Repeated violations accelerate consequences.
