This Privacy Policy applies to all users of theweedvlog.com, a 21+ social community platform operated in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described here.

Information from third parties

  • If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, subject to your Google account privacy settings. We do not receive your Google password.
  • We do not currently support Apple sign-in.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers may share aggregated usage data with us.

Information we do NOT collect

  • Payment or financial information (no purchases on the Platform)
  • Government-issued ID or Social Security numbers
  • Any information from individuals under 21

3. How We Use Your Information

  • With service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, database, analytics, TURN/STUN relay servers for WebRTC) — these providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes
  • With other users, to the extent you make information public through your profile, posts, or live streams
  • If required by law, court order, or valid legal process
  • To protect the safety of our users or the integrity of the Platform
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — we will notify users before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

We use essential cookies only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We may retain certain data for up to 90 days in backups before permanent deletion.

10. Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. No further action is required.

11. GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

theweedvlog.com is primarily intended for US residents. If you access the Platform from the EU or EEA, you may have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly for users 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us through the suggestion box on the home page.

13. Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Platform allows embedding of third-party content (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). These third parties have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you interact with their embedded content. We are not responsible for their data practices.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
